Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied to the total purchase price of the returned item. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
